1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ad Supply Audit ("the Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This tool is provided for educational and operational assistance for digital advertising professionals.

2. "As Is" Utility

The Tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, digital advertising specifications (ads.txt, sellers.json) evolve rapidly. We do not warrant that the audit results are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free at all times.

3. No Professional Advice

Audit results provided by the Tool do not constitute legal or professional business advice. Ad Ops decisions and relationship management remain the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Usage Limitations

You agree not to use the Tool for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure. We reserve the right to limit or block access to the Tool if we detect abusive automated scanning behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ad Supply Audit and its maintainers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the tool, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
